As an American Citizen that has been living and working in the Philippines since 2002. I have provided IT leadership in the BPO industry developing strong reliable IT teams that keep the operations producing while maintaining a strong engaging staff.
I arrived in 2002 to act as the Vendor manager for my US company Dish Network L.L.C. I was the IT Manager for our 1st contact center located in Makati in partnership with ePLDT. I spend the next 6 years helping to build and improve our processes, new sites, and vendor staff in our dedicated contact centers. In 2008, I returned to the USA and worked in the corporate office in Denver, Colorado until 2011.
In 2011, I returned to the Philippines to assist Startek in launching a new client in extremely tight timelines. After which I took over the IT leadership role for the Philippines. We expanded to 5 sites and build a strong IT team from a service desk, IT support and Network support.
In 2014, I moved to TTEC to support the APAC Technical Account Manager and clients which supported over 10,000 agents. I spent 10 years with TTEC in this role working and supporting APAC region, clients, and the call center operations. I was engaged in growth and shrinkage of clients, sites, and locations. My team had very little change over the years and we worked with each of them for personal and professional growth.
I am actively seeking a fresh challenge to contribute to the development of a dynamic and high-performing IT team. With my extensive background in IT, IT Service Management (ITSM), Project Management, customer service, and IT Sales, I am poised to elevate any organization and drive its growth

Born in Michigan, but I claim Colorado as my home state. I was introduced to the Philippines, while I in the US Marine Corps where I met my Filipina wife in Okinawa, Japan. We married in Colorado and moved to Alabama as my final duty station. Once back in Colorado, I started my professional career in IT and we built our family to include 3 daughters.
One day a friend contacted me about a need for an IT Manager in the Philippines. Since I had always talked about moving there to broaden our children's lives, meet my wife's side of the family and have an adventure we did just that. There were a lot of life changes, challenges and rewards. One of the most rewarding experiences was to get all three of my daughters PADI certified to scuba dive - incredible.
Visiting my wife's relatives taught me a great deal about the culture, and traditions of the Philippines and the Filipino. It took several years to understand some of the dichotomy of the culture such as incredibly polite and kind people in general but so rude while driving.
